Buyers Property Description: 

I am looking for a forever home for me and my children. We'd love to live on at least .75 acres or more. We'd like to have plenty of yard to run, play, have chickens, gardens, and a lot of fun. We are looking in Brunswick and Pender counties as they would have more possibilities, however are open to New Hanover. We are not interested in any homes that have flooded or have major water issues even with regular storms. We really would like to enjoy our land.
