Buyers Property Description: 

I am looking for a second home on Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle that we can vacation to from our Charlotte residence. We have spent alot of time on the NC beaches and narrowed it down to Oak Island or Sunset Beach to make our "spot".

The most important thing for us is to fins something within walking distance to the beach or a quick Golf Cart ride.

I have done lots of remodeling over the years so I'm not afraid of something that needs some updating or TLC.
