We are ready for our next home.  We are looking for a home in an area with great schools, and an ADU or opportunity for one in the future (we expect to be living multi-generationally soon).  We don't need a lot of space as long as the ADU or possibility is there.  For the right home,  we could purchase in the $1.2M-$1.3M range.
