Buyers Property Description: 

We are first time homebuyers ready to buy a place in or near Wilmington. In Wilmington would be ideal as that is where we work but we are also open to a short commute from as far out as Rocky Point or Leland if we fell n love with a house there.

We need at least 4 bedrooms or a 3 bedroom home with a bonus room that could serve as an extra bedroom.

We would prefer to not have a huge yard and the upkeep that comes with it. Ideally we are not looking to take on alot of remodeling or updateing as we have 3 boys so something newer or in move in condition is preferred!
