I am relocating from Washington State to be closer to family. I am searching for a home near the Souther Coast of North Carolina.

I would like to find a home that has a master bedroom on the main floor and a finished room above the garage would be great!

If the home was in a community offering ammenities that would also be a bonus. I play tennis, so courts in the area would be an awesome perk.

Also, we ride bikes alot so having bike trails or streets & sidewalks that we could ride on is preferred.

I am looking for a forever home for me and my children. We'd love to live on at least .75 acres or more. We'd like to have plenty of yard to run, play, have chickens, gardens, and a lot of fun. We are looking in Brunswick and Pender counties as they would have more possibilities, however are open to New Hanover. We are not interested in any homes that have flooded or have major water issues even with regular storms. We really would like to enjoy our land. We are open as well to finding some acreage to build of house on as well. Thank you for helping my family with our search!

Our market needs more rental properties and I'm an investor looking for homes that need moderate to mild repairs and would be great rentals. I'm open to many options.

I'm looking for homes to renovate and make new. I'm interested in rentals as well. If you have a property that is too much work for you or a rental you are ready to sell, I'm interested. I am looking for homes with small or large projects. 

We are looking for our forever home. We are needing at least 4 bedrooms or 3 and a bonus room. A large kitchen is appreciated as we love to cook. We'd like a large enough yard for our kids to play and soon to be furr baby! A large living room is a huge asset as well, as we love to entertain. We are looking mainly in Wilmington, yet are open to parts of Leland closest to Wilmington. We'd love to stay around $350k or below.

I am looking for a nice home with a 3 bed, 2 bath minimum. Oversized garage is a plus! I'd prefer something updated or built in the last 20 years or so. New Lenox, Frankfort, Mokena, or Homer Glen are all fine options, but I don't want anything on Well Water. Being close to highway access (I80 or I355) is important to me as well! I am pre-approved and ready to move as soon as I find my dream home! 

We are recently retired and looking forward to enjoying our retirement on small acreage for some peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city.  We have a daughter who lives in southern Oregon who will visit regularly so we would like a guest room for her.  We are okay with doing some costmetic work and it would be a dream come true to be on water that's perfect for kayaking.  A shop is a big plus as well!

We are a family of four with a 3 year old and an infant looking to move out of our neighborhood onto some acreage with room to roam as we raise our children and are able to work from home.  Extra space for a home office is important to us.  We work hard managing a few restaurants we own as well as being in the healthcare field.  It's important for us to have a peaceful place for us to enjoy and refresh as our schedule allows.  Addtionally, we look forward to having the space for our dog to run.  A beautiful view would be wonderful and a shop a big plus!

We are North Carolina residents with our primary home in Greensboro. We are looking for a Beach House for some salt therapy and rental income. 

We plan to use the property primarily for our own personal use and Beach Retreat but also want to be able to rent it out when we are not there soaking up some rays!

We are looking for something with close proximity to the Beach or Waterway... A short drive is doable although the closer to the beach the better!
