Buyers Property Description: 

We are looking for a 2-3 bed, 1.5 bath fixer upper home that we can put some sweat equity into.  We want to put my husband's trade skills to work so we are totally ok with taking on a project.  Ideally it would work well for a rental property.  We have 3 kids & our goal is to have one rental property per kid.
