Were are super excited to begin our homes search and cant wait to find our dream home.

We are looking for a great french quarter condo to call our home.  We Love the french quarter and are ready to live there soon.

I'm ready to find my next home in Downtown Wilmington. I'm looking for a great house to live in and possibly use as a rental in the future. Downtown Wilmington is centrally located to my life. I like the quaintness and character of the homes there. I can do small repairs, but I'm not looking for a fixer upper. 

Our perfect home is a brick cottage style or ranch home in the Porters Neck or Hampstead area that still has a Wilmington address. We love the Plantation Landing neighborhood and Lincoln Forest behind Indepence Mall as well. Of course we are open to wherever there may be a great option. We're not afraid of a home that needs updating, however if it already is we'd prefer that. It has a garage or storage building. It's around 1400-1800sqft or close enough with hardwood floors and a small yard to work outdoors with my flowers. Space between houses is a definite plus.

  We are moving to call Southeast, NC our new home! We love the outdoors and would love to enjoy the land we are looking for everyday. We enjoy the peace the country has to offer. We prefer to live within about 35mins from Wilmington. We are looking for a single story home ideally. We prefer a home as well that is move-in ready.

Looking for duplex within 5 miles of Carolina Beach, NC.

We are looking for a home the Pine Valley and surrounding areas with easy access to downtown and highways. 

We are looking for a Modular home close to places to go fishing and a spacious backyard.

I am a first time home buyer looking for a small home with a yard for my 2 pups.  I'm not too picky & it doesn't have to be a very large home or have a garage.  The yard is most important & if it was already fenced in that'd be a bonus.
