Searching for Oceanfront Investment Property
I am searching for an Oceanfront Investment property up to the $2,000,000 range. I would prefer to find something that offers an elevated pool and at least 5-7 bedrooms. I am partial to Oak Island but would consdier other Beaches on the Southeastern North Carolina Coast as well. I am looking for a property with established rental history or the potential for $125,000 plus in gross annual rents. I would also consider building if you have an oceanfront lot available that could accomodate a property as I have described.
