Buyers Property Description: 

We are beach bound, looking for a second home to get away to. We are ready to enjoy this property ourselves and with our extended family. We prefer Oak Island, yet are open to other beaches as well if it's the right property. We like living on a beach with restaurant options and more to do. We aren't necessarily focused on using it as a rental at this point. Our budget is broad between $300k-$800k, but we know what we are looking for. We prefer to have three bedrooms and a bonus room is ideal as well. We like having an open kitchen and larger main living space. Let us know if you have what we're looking for.
