After living in our current home in the Wilmington area for the last 23 years we are ready to downsize and move into a 1 story home!
We would like to stay in Wilmington but would also consider Leland. Our ideal location would be between Wilmington and Carolina Beach to stay in the same general area we are in now.
The home needs to have at least 3 bedrooms and 1,400+ square feet. We don't want anything to big (over 2,000 sq ft) that would require more upkeep.
We spend alot of time outside on our screened in porch so if the home has one or a good spot to add one that would be great!
Additionally if the home allows for storgae of our camper that would be great but if not we can store it elsewhere.
We would prefer something that doesn't need alot of work and has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room.
If it is a 1.5 story home it needs to have a master on the main floor.
A garage and/or workshop/shed would also be a big plus as we always seem to have some projects going on.
