Buyers Property Description: 

Moving from a rural acerage home to small town living somewhere. Must have a ranch style home, 3+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms. Would like the home to be well maintained/clean with little immediate repairs. Would consider anywhere SE of Champaign Urbana. Would even consider Savoy. Since this will be quite the transition, we dont wnat a congested area/small lot. Definately need a 2+ car garage.
