Buyers Property Description: 

We are getting maried and are tired of renting. We have been saving and are ready to buy our first home. Our musts are a nice yard a garage and location. We want to be near the route 100 corridor. Rural living is preferred but not a neccesity. We would prefer move in ready but are open to some light updating. Paint and carpet are super easy. We would prefer not to take on major remodling. Since we are month to month we are super flexible on settlement is a seller needs to find suitable housing.
