Buyers Property Description: 

I am looking for a new home that is within walking distance to downtown and other local amenities.  I prefer a house with a small fenced yard for my dogs, a good amount of storage, and natural gas appliances.  I am open to a home with an attached apartment space I could rent out for additional income or for my friends to stay in when they visit.
