Looking for home

I am looking for my first home in a small rown surrounding C-U. The more updated the better. I would like to be able to just move right in. being from Ogden, East of Champaign is a plus, but not required.

We are needing a condo in the Cobblefield Point area between $60,000-$100,000 with 2 beds, 2 baths and a garage

Under $140k with an open kitchen/living space. Would like 2-3 bedrooms, but with 2, a seperate den/office space. Hardwood/Engineered hardwood floors preferred. 

We are looking for a one level ranch style townhouse in Rapid City near parks.

I am looking for a townhouse or condo that is clean with an open floor plan and lots of light. Ideally a home with two bedroom and one or two bathrooms. A place where I can display my books. Where friends and family are comfortable to come over and hang out or watch tv. If my porch/deck looks out to some greenery (lawn, trees), that would be great. After living in the same house I grew up in for twenty-nine years, all I want is a place to call my own.

We would enjoy a home with all hardwood floors, fireplace, and an unfinished basement. We would like a garage or decent parking and preferably not a shared driveway. 

We would like a nicer house now that all of the kids are out of the house.  Want at least 2-3 Bedrooms and at least 1 bathroom with many updates.

I'm looking for a new starter home in E Champaign County or Western Vermillion County.
