We are looking for a good starter home.  We prefer a fenced back yard.  We would love a home with a small garage.

It would have at least 2 bedrooms and 1 to 1 1/2 bathrooms and would like to stay around $99 K or less.  I would like my total payment with taxes and insurance to be less than $700 if possible. 
I would like to have a garage and a basement with a newer kitchen and would love it if washer and dryer if possible.

FHA buyers so home should be in good condition. 2 Bathrooms is preferred and need a larger garage. Would like a yard.

We are first time home buyers, and we are looking for a 2 bed 1 bath starter home we don't necessarily need a new remodel but it would be nice. anywhere in the valley is fine.
