Really would like something small if out there. Biggish lot. Dock a plus. Around 300K. Happy with 2 bedroom. Like close to Eureka Springs. Would even consider White River frontage.
2 bedroom minimum, prefer 3 and a 1.5 bath minimum but prefer 2. Ranch preffered. 2 car garage, decent yard. Looking to buy in the next 30 days.
I'm a first time home buyer and moved to Seatte recently. I'm looking to stop paying rent, yet want a two-bedroom, so I can rent out a room and have another person pay part of my mortgage. My ideal condo would be one with lots of natural light, a great floorplan for roommates, low HOA dues, nice building amenities if the dues are higher, parking for 2-cars, and within a 30 minute commute by bus, light-rail or bike to South Lake Union.
I’m looking for a nicely updated, well cared for home that will make a great rental property. I’d love it to be in the area of 11th to 51st, Yale to Riverside. It can need a little love, just not looking for a total fixer-upper. If it’s already a rental property with a tenant, that’s ok too! I’ve been in the real estate business for 16 years and would like to start my investing career to help provide and pay for my daughters college:)
2-3 bedroom with 2 bathroom (a must) for my daughter and I to be able to maintain easily. Low maintenance home fit for a single mom. A home that I can stay for about 6-8 years.
2-3 bedroom home in good condition with garage adn fenced in yard up to $130k. Prefer a small town within 20-30 minutes of Champaign-Urbana
We are looking for a condo or a home close to the beach with a gulf view and a pool. We would like turn key ready.
I am looking for an updated single family or condo option. Must have minimum 2 bedrooms. Prefer minimum 1.5 bath. If I do choose a condo option I'd like to not break the bank on HOA fees.
I can go up to $210k
I am looking for a 2+ bedroom condo. Strictly looking in Worcester, MA.
