I'm a first time home buyer looking for the outdated home in Shorewood/ Fauntleroy/ Arroyo Heights/ Endolyne neighborhoods.  
2+ bedroom, 1.5+ bathroom, 1000+ square foot home, less than 1 mile to public transportation into Seattle.  A garage would be ideal and a yard, preferably with trees on a 4,000+ square foot lot.  Would love an ADU (accessory dwelling unit, MIL (Mother-in-law) and/or ADU potential).  Price range from $450-550K.
