I'm looking for a custom home with lots of extras that does not need repairs. good schools and a neighborhood pool.

Looking for an energy-saving home with big fenced in backyard. Move-in ready and updated appliances.

Our price range $250K-$375K and need at least 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and at least 2100 square feet.  A bonus would be a place to park a trailer, yet we would also love to be in a neighborhood such as Silverstone. 

We need more space and ready to make a move to Aledo ISD.  Three kids in a 3 bedroom home just isn't working anymore, so looking for a spacious 4 or more bedroom with at least 2 & 1/2 bathrooms close to I-20 and with a large yard for kids and dogs to play.  We are not looking to buy immediately but before the end of 2020 and if the perfect house came along it could be sooner! 

Looking for a neighborhood, a low crime neighborhood.  I want walking trails, playgrounds for kids, a neighborhood pool and a big fenced-in yard. It can be a 1 or two story.

Looking for an updated home with a "Heights" feel.  It does not need to be in the Heights, I am referring to the exterior style.  Inside the home should be updated and include energy conservation features like low-e glass.

I want a home in Ft. Bend County schools.  Needs to be close to a highway to commute to Houston.  I can accept a tollway.  It should never have been flooded.

I'm looking for a home in Katy, TX. Need 4 bedrooms and it can be a 1 or 2-story home that is ready for move-in.  I'm looking for a great buy that has the potential of building equity in the near future.

They prefer a basement but the main criteria are 4+ beds.
