We are ready to buy. Looking for at least 3 bedrooms, a 4th bedroom would be nice. Would like any type of Single family home except a cape. 

Our family with kids attending Power Ranch Elementary is looking for a 3-bedroom home with a den.  We would love granite countertops, wood plank flooring, and white modern design kitchen.  Open floor plan is a must.  Landscaped backyard with hardscape and grass.  Pool would be a plus.

We are looking for a ranch home close to a park. A fenced yard is preferable for our dogs. We would prefer something updated with an open floor plan and entertaining space.

Looking for a well built, comfortable home with a nice yard to move to the Denton area to be near grandkids.  Want something with storage and nice closets.  Want an open living area and kitchen for when the family is all gathered together.  Prefer nice, large master suite with a potential sitting area and large bath with separate shower.  Would like extra bedrooms to be nice sized for when I have guests. Flexible on move in date. 

Trying to find a home that gives privacy to my kids, but also great places to gather as a family.  Would like outside amenities like gazebo or covered porch with outside kitchen or fireplace.  Maybe a pool.  We want to be the house where all the kids gather. 

Looking for a modern style home with very open spaces for entertaining and gathering.  Want granite counters, wood floors, loads of windows.  Would prefer large lot or acreage, but not too far away from town.  New build is fine, or a newer home that does not have a lot of damage or needed updates.  

In search of a home that can be lived in, but also that has a space for potential training area.  Willing to renovate within reason based on pricing. 

Looking for a home with loads of storage, wide open spaces and a large lot or acreage.  MUST have very good internet-high speed non-negotiable.  Would like a place with some separate areas so adult kids can visit without feeling cramped.  Kitchen built for a true cook a necessity.  Natural light is a desired amenity, and an office space would be preferable.  Want a lot of good things in the house, but willing to pay to get it.  

I need to find a place with a large yard, if not acreage.  The house needs to be a bit divided as I am trying to move my elderly parents in with me.  A divided floor plan would be best so we could each have our privacy.  An open and spacious common area would be a great thing for our time together.  Can do some work as long as it is nothing that won't allow my loan to go.  

We need a place with open space for family time and entertaining, but private space too.  We don't mind a little updating or cosmetic work, but really want it to be structurally sound and solid.  An older neighborhood with tree and original style homes would be a bonus.  If there is a pool, great, but that is not a deal breaker.
