Looking for a colonial modern or Craftsman style 3 plus bed room 2 with a 2  car garage single door preference. Not to be close to neighbors. Would like a basement for a theater room. Would like a VA assumable 

After previewing several areas we have set our sights on Oak Island (possibly Ocean Isle or Holden as well) to find our ideal Beach House. We are partial to Oceanfront but would also consider an alternative that is waterfront (Intracoastal or Creek) with great water views.

We would prefer to find an existing home but would also consider a lot to build on. 

We are looking for a minimum of 3 bedrooms (prefferably at least 4+). If the property is fully updated that would be great but we are not afraid to do some extensive remodeling as well. 

We are looking for our next home that we can improve over time with some sweat equity.  Ideally, this home will have a decent-sized backyard, on a quiet street, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms.  For the right home, we can go up to $1.2M.  Also, we can accommodate a seller's timeframe.

We are looking to move up from our townhome to a single-family home with a yard. That would be perfect for our baby and our doggie. We are open to anywhere in Redondo Beach or in West Torrance. Our price range can go up to $1.5 million. We can accommodate a seller's timeline.

Looking for a home within about 3 miles of downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Single-family or townhome with low HOA. 2+ car garage, at least 1900 sq ft, fixer upper okay. Prefer bikeable location to the Pier/ Beach Dr. and low flood risk. No Realtors trying to help me buy, please -- I already have one. Budget is $300-$700k

We are moving towards retirement and trasitioning more of our daily business responsibilites to our children to pass the torch. As such we will have more time to travel and NC has always been among our favorite places to visit. 

We are searching for an oceanfront home, preferably on Oak Island but would be open to other beaches for the right place.
