We live in the Midwest and are looking to snag a BEACH HOUSE on the North Carolina coast!!!

Our plan is to use the property for personal use several times a year and have the ability to generate vacation rental income while we are not using it.

We are open to a variety of beaches but really like mid state North Carolina down to the South Carolina boarder (Topsail, Surf City, Carolina Beach, Oak Island, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Wilmington).

Proximity to the ocean is a huge key... we want to be able to walk to the beach for sun, sand and salt therapy!! 

I am from Illinois and searching for a great Beach House to vacation to and escape the midwest winters and also rent it out part of the year when we are not using it. 

I would like to find something walking distance to the Beach but may consider something a little farther back for the right property (as long as the beach is quickly and easily accessible with a golf cart, short drive or bike ride)

A pool would be a great plus but not necessary. I need a minimum of 3 sleeping rooms but the more bedrooms the better!

I would like to find a home with land and at least 3 good sized bedrooms and preferably 2 bathrooms. We have a large family so lots of space is a must. We also have lots of toys and tools with a construction business so having a large garage or storage building or at least room to build one is a huge plus. Ideally we are searching for a home on at least an acre.

After living in our current home in the Wilmington area for the last 23 years we are ready to downsize and move into a 1 story home!

We would like to stay in Wilmington but would also consider Leland. Our ideal location would be between Wilmington and Carolina Beach to stay in the same general area we are in now.

The home needs to have at least 3 bedrooms and 1,400+ square feet. We don't want anything to big (over 2,000 sq ft) that would require more upkeep. 

I was raised in Carolina Beach and after living many places over the years the NC coast is calling me home. I am looking to buy a beach house on or close to the water. So here's what I'm after:

I have some flexibility but my main goal is to be on or near the water. This could be Ocean Front/Intracoastal or both...

Water views/frontage are obviously preferred but as long as I can either walk to the beach or see the water I'll certainly consider it.

I am looking to purchase a single family home in Murrayville or a similar area with a garage, eat in kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms and master bedroom with walk in closet.

I am looking for my next home/oasis! I would really like to find something on the water whether it is a lake/river/intracoastal. I am particularly interested in the Lakes of Lockwood Subdivision becasue it puts me really close to family and I like the vibe there. I would consider similar neighborhoods.

I need a little elbow room and privacy so a home on a lot of at least a 1/4 acre would be ideal. I am not looking for huge projects inside so something that is already updated with an open or semi open floor plan is preffered. 

We are 3 friends that work hard/play hard and are looking for our Beach Retreat on Oak Island to enjoy downtime and make memories together!

We love Oak Island have decided it is the perfect place for us find an awesome crib within walking distance or maybe a short golf cart ride to the beach.

Ideally we are looking for soemthing with 4 Bedrooms, but 3 plus and extra room of somesort would work or perhaps even just 3 bedrooms for the right property.

3 Bathrooms would be awesoem but we could deal with 2 and make that work.
