We are searching for our Beach Retreat in Surf City/Topsail. We are avid boaters with a 23' skiff and one of our top priorities is to find something with private boat access, lift/dock that would be accessible during all/most tide cycles. 

We prefer an open concept floor plan with plenty of deck space. Something with a functional boat lift already in place that could accomodate our boat is preferred. 

We would consider a 3 bedroom house but prefer 4 with at least 3 full bathrooms. 

We are looking for a peaceful, quiet property with 3 bedrooms and office space. Mom works full time from home with 3 kids under 6. 

I am retiring at the end of this year and am heading to the Beach after living in the Traingle area for many years. 

I am searching for my retirement home on Oak Island with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. I would prefer a home that needs minimal updates although as an engineer I am inclined to tinker...

I like a home with goode deck space, preferrably some screened in and not in a heavy traffic area. I am happy as long as I am a short golf cart ride to the Beach so outside of Oak Island Drive suits me just fine. 

After many wonderful years vacationing to Holden Beach and renting I am ready to have a place of my own on the Island. I will be purchasing CASH and am prepared to pay top market value for the right property.

I would prefer to find something that has been updated or at least does not have a lot of deferred maintinance, but also am not opposed to taking on projects for the right place. 

Looking for Bradenton property walking distances to stores and shopping. Must be all on one level. Wheelchair accessible. Can widen doorframes if needed, but no stairs. Fenced backyard for dogs a plus. Also garage space for tools.

I am looking to buy a home in Wilmington to stay at while I visit family there. I go back and forth between Wilmington and Raliegh and it would be a great convienience to just have a place of my own.

I would like to be within about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach area and am particular to the neighborhoods around Gordon Road & Murrayville as this is close to my family and reasonable distance to the Beach.

I am pretty open to options and whileI would prefer a home that is move in ready I am not afraid of taking on some projects.

We are excited about our first home purchase and aren't picky about the size of the house.  It's all about the floor plan and a lot large enough for some privacy and a yard for our little fur baby, Otter.  We are handy and aren't afraid to do projects to make it our own.

I love walking neighborhoods with great places to meet people for coffee or lunch, ride my bike, and walk my dog.  My dream would be an older home with lots of original character, a basement, and a detached garage.

Looking for a 3 BR with at least 1.5 BA in the country or with country views.  I need a large yard for my dogs to run in, and I miss living in the country.
