We are looking for a gem of a house. Would love 3+ garages and be able to have them deep enough to store our truck in it. We'd love an updated kitchen with a large island and double oven. We'd like more of an open floor plan. Yard size would just depend on how well we love the house. We don't necessarily need a large yard though. We'd like at least 3 bedrooms and a bonus space. Larger size bedrooms are preferred. Any kind of uniqueness to the property, large windows views, energy efficiency is a plus.

We are looking for a sun filled family home close to John Mcrae School.  Nature is important to use so a backyard with trees is ideal. We would prefer something well kept with a family room in the back to look out over the back yard.

I am looking to purchase a home in Wilmington or Leland and surrounding areas. The home needs to have at least 3 bedrooms and I would really like a private pool, but suppose a community pool would do as well... if its the right house and doesnt have a pool I suppose I could always have one installed.

I would also love if the home already had a fenced in backyard and gas fireplace!

We are excited to be buying our first home and are ready to move ASAP! We are searching in and around Shalotte, NC... give or take 30 miles or so. We would like to find a home that can host our family of 7! So we need something with at least 3 bedrooms but preferrably 4 or more. If it is 3 it would be great if there was some type of bonus room.

We also would like to find something with a big yard and some privacy, ideally on a acre or more but a large lot may do as well. We prefer an open floor plan and something move in ready as we are not really the handyman project type!

I am searching for a home in Wilmington with a 2 car garage and single story design. I like the newer developements or a home built within the last few years or at least feels newwer and in great condition. 

I am partial to the Murrayville area, Gordon Road/40 interesection around Kerr Ave. I am open to other similar areas but this seems to be a good fit. 

We are looking for a home on at least a half acre so that we can have a big garden.  We prefer to be in the country and not in town.  We need to have at least a bathroom with a shower and a tub or a combination.  A front or back porch would be ideal.  We would like to have a garage or space to put one.  We would love a move in ready home, but are open to a fixer-upper if it has most of the other things that are important to us.  (Land)

We are looking forward to moving to the NC coast! We love a great community to be apart of and really have enjoyed viewing the St James Plantation community. We are looking for single or double stories in maintained well. A master on the main floor would be an added bonus. We really enjoy having a beautiful, private yard to enjoy as well.

We are moving to the East Coast and love the St James community. We appreciate more of an open floor plan with tall ceilings and plenty of space. Moving from CA, we like their modern, entertaining, and relaxing designs if at all possible. A pool in the backyard is a definite plus. We would love a gorgeous view as well to enjoy coffee on the back porch. We are looking for a home not too close to neighbors in design, or at least the feel of it. I am looking for a mid-sized new home with a 2 car garage and somewhat of a back yard for my dog. Would like a smaller subdivision and if not in Sarasota than Bradenton more out east. I would like mostly tile of LVP do to my dog.
