We would love to find our dream home in a nice Champaign County town. We would prefer 3 or more beds, 2 or more baths. We are ready to move at any time, so the sooner the better!

Home in Pine Tree Subdivision or rural Mahomet with a bedroom and full bath on first floor. Up to $300k, would do a fixer upper for a lower purchase price. Prefer to be on the lake. 

We are looing for a 4 bedroom, 2.5+ bathroom home with a nice sized level yard. Our ideal would have an updated kitchen that is open to the living room. Wood floors on the main level are preferred and carpeting in the bedrooms is okay. The master bedroom would have a trayed ceiling with an updated bathroom and good sized walk in closet. The basement does not need to be finished but that would be a plus. A three car garage or an oversized 2 car garage is ideal. We would prefer not to have a lot of landscaping that needs constant attention.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom ranch with a quiet yard and a nice layout. Ideally I would like a yard with a fence and a basement for space when my nephews visit. Being close to the park would be an added plus. 

I would like my master bedroom downstairs, with roughly 2400 square feet. I have 2 dogs, so I'd like to have enough backyard space for them.

I would love a new build but I am also interested in a home that has been remodeled. I want to be in Pearland, or somewhere off of 288 near the Medical Center. I would love a 2 story home that is move in ready.

I prefer to own a home with a mother in law suite or enough space to create a mother in law suite. I am caring for my mom, and she needs to have enough space to be comfortable and sretch out.

I would like to live within the 77084 zip code if possible! I love the Copperfield area, and that is where I would like for my next home to be! I currently own a home in Katy, and am looking to sell that home, and purchase in Copperfield.

I would like a house with a stand-up shower and a garden tub. I also would like a large backyard and a walk-in closet in my master bedroom. Laminate or hardwood flooring would be icing on the cake! 

Can be a ranch or two-story home. The Master suite does need to be on the main floor though.
