We are looking for specific home. We need a 3 bedroom apartment in the basement or attached, we need a small lot and it needs to be in a safe area. It has to be priced at $320,000.00 or less in Lehi, Sandy, South Jordan, or American Fork, and it must have at least 2 car garage.

We are looking to downsize our house and find a larger yard.  We would love a pool or waterfront and an acre or more.  A 3 bedroom home with a basement would also work, we are open to looking at houses that may need some updates.  Price range $200,000 - $300,000

We are looking for a 4 bedroom on the main level, living room and a separate bonus room, a room that can be an office/5th bedroom are must-haves as well as having a pool would be ideal.  Upstairs/downstairs would be fine for a bonus room and the office.  3 car garage.  Yard is needed for green space to play in and for our dog.  The pool would be optional if the price point would allow us to add with a level yard.

In terms of what we are looking for, the must haves would include a master bedroom and laundry room on the main floor, a small room near the entry for receiving guests, we call it the "Home Teacher Room," a large kitchen/family room area on the main floor that would accommodate all 25 of us when we are all together, and privacy in the back yard!

We are looking for a nice home centrally located in Utah County with an open floor plan. We prefer a level yard, nice neighborhood and great schools.

Looking for 2-Family with girlfriend Jenny. They are building home in Oxford which won’t be ready till Fall 2018. Needs to buy home ASAP ideally Dec 2017, before he must sign new lease in Jan 2018.
