Prefer something w/a master suite and large closets. Like an open floor plan. Some cosmetic updates okay but should be in good condition. Southwood Subdivision or Parkland Ridge area if Champaign - east access to I57.

We are cash buyers looking for a house to live in. We ARE NOT investors. We simply need a house with enough space for a 5 person family and that is only in need of cosmetic repairs. Our budget is limited, but we are extremely motivated!

My wife and I are looking for a new home.  We want to be on at least a couple acres.  A newer home on a couple acres or an older home on a farmstead.  Something ready to move in to or something that needs updating.  We are pretty open to considering different options.  It should be at least 2 acres though.  Close to Mahomet or St. Joe would be most appealing, but willing to make a drive for the perfect home.
