Well maintained home for first time home buyer in small town West of Champaign.  Wanting a home with updated mechanicals and cosmetics, first time home buyer, so it does not need to be big, just nicely maintained.  

Looking for a home in established Champaign or Savoy neighborhood with tons of mature trees and privacy in the backyard.  Would like higher end finishes throughout home (natural stone floors in Kitchen and baths, Hardwoods in living areas).  Home does not need to be huge, 2000-2500 square feet would work. 

Well maintained home for first time home buyer with semi-rural or full rural setting around Champaign area.  Looking for a good size home but not too big.  Would like some kind of shed or out building.  

We are looking for a 1-story home close to the intersection of I-45 and Beltway 8. We prefer a house that is updated with an open floor plan, and very limited amounts of carpeting.

This is my wish list:

Single family home with 3 bedrooms- master bedroom with garden tub and walk-in closet.

2 ½ bathrooms, Loft or bonus room

Gourmet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar or island, granite countertops would be awesome.

Deck or patio, 2 car garage

Affordable,  well-built and move-in ready.

I would love to stay in the Pine Hollow Middle School district.

We're searching for a nice home with at least 3 bedrooms in Monticello.  Ideally $150,000 or less, but could go higher for the right home. Not in a hurry to move, but would like to find our next home before winter.

I am looking for a single family home with 3+ Bedrooms and 2+ Baths with 2 car garage, large kitchen with an island or overhang counter- room to eat at, and a large pantry.
Master Suite with 5 piece bath (would prefer the walk in closet inside the bathroom).
I would like some yard- will look at very tiny with the right house and/or very large if easily maintained.
I want at least 1900 square feet but no larger than 2600/2700
Needs to be less than 30 minutes to Poe (downtown) and around 30 minutes from Chapel Hill

My ideal home would have an attached garage, a master bedroom with a walk-in or large closet would prefer an en suite, good sized kitchen, a finished basement, fenced in backyard and a deck under $170,000. I would like to feel a sense of community in the neighborhood.

We are loking for a spacious character home taht we can share memories with our family in. We have a daughter who lives in Tuscola, so something just off I-57, between Champaign and Tuscola would be preferred

Lots of light, high ceilings, skylights preferred, hardwoods preferred, basement preferred. Would like to have larger garden space with trees.  Would like to have it be move in ready with a modern feel (updated kitchen/bathrooms). 3+ Bed 2+ bathroom home, preferably in central Champaign, old town neighborhoods or Hessel Park area.
