We have a transferee with a major national employer relocating to the Bloomington area in early April of 2016. This client is in need of a home that is near the airport (within about three miles). We are looking for a home in NW Champaign (prefer Parkland Ridge, Westlake, Timberline, Boulder Ridge). Ideally the home would be more than 1350 sqft, seperate laundry area, a deck/sliding door and moderatly updated kitchen and bathrooms. Would prefer to space over updates but both would be a win/win!
