 We are looking for a home in the central part of Mt Prospect that will provide us with at least 3 beds and 2 baths.  We need a two car garage, ample storage and a basement rec room.  Four bedrooms is a plus, but not essential.  We would like an updated kitchen and we prefer a home with some charm.  We do not want a home with any history of water issues in the basement.

Just relocated from outside Springfield, and need a home.  Looking for a 3 Bed 2 Bath with attached 3 car garage! Preferably a newer home, or a home that has been updated!

We are looking for a home that is newer construction or needs minimal updating. Preferably in the Lansing and South Holland area, we'd like to stay in the same school system we already have the kids in so this is the ideal area of choice.

First time home buyers with strong pre-approval looking to move to Bartlett area.  2 car garage preferred.

We are looking for a ranch home that has a full basement . Finished would be preferred, but buyer will consider unfinished. Fenced yard would be a plus.

We are first time home owners looking for a 2 story home in Hamilton County that will provide room for our family to grow.  We are looking for a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  We prefer something with an updated kitchen and open floor plan.  Other desires would include a fenced yard and at least a 2 car garage. 

  We are relocating from Texas and are wanting to retire in the Country/Rural - Lauri wants a nice view of beautiful Arkansas - we are not afraid of doing some fixing-up if necessary. 1-5 Acres would be ideal.
