We want a lakefront home and really like the Big Niangua area of the lake near the subidvisions of: Normac, Sunny Slope, Westlake Park,  Ozark Isle and Empire City. We would like a fixer upper, so we could improve the property and make it our own...We would consider one that is fixed up, but have certain requirements that make it better for us to improve a property. 

We have a son that we want to be in the Camdenton School district. We are looking for a little space and a nice family home. We would consider a subdivision, if not too restricted because we come from the country. Hoping to move, soon...thanks

We are looking for at least 20 acres and a nice large family home that is newer, at least 2400 sq ft or bigger. We would like at least some of the acres to be flatter and usable. No fixer uppers, and would prefer ground that could have trails put in for kids.Would be nice if there was a shop and or barn or some kind of out buildings. We want the land for privacy and recreational use.

We are looking for a large family home in the Camdenton area- would also consider Macks Creek, Montreal, Linn Creek, Decaturville. We would like to have a few acres with a nice yard for children and an updated home w open floor plan. We need at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and lots of space. We would prefer to not have to have too much gravel. Yeah, I know - we are asking for the world. ha ha

We are looking for a large newer home - over 2500 sq ft with at least 3 bedrooms and two living areas. We also want land that is not just hilly and treed- but has some pasture in it for recreational use and maybe a horse. Would be great to have an extra out building- prefer Linn Creek, Camdenton, Montreal area

We would like a lakefront home that is inexpensive- and we would be able to do a fixer upper within reason. It needs to be structurally sound and have decent water depth. We would like a dock that is in decent shape, also.

We are looking for a main channel view Windsor Bay condo with 3 bedrooms...We prefer walk in or few steps with screened in deck and boat slip. We prefer an updated unit, but are not opposed to redecorating, if the price is right.

3+bd/2+ba/2+ garage in Fargo or Moorhead, also open to outside of Fargo as well. Prefer updated or newer single family home. Central Air. Large basement. Open floor plan.

Our ideal home would have 4 bedrooms, but we'd settle for 3. It would also have 2 bathrooms, and would actually prefer one to have a walk-in shower, a fully fenced yard (but we could fence too!), 2+ garage, central air, and room to breathe...not a cookie-cutter home on top of our neighbors. We are very much hoping to stay within the West Fargo school district for the sake of our boys. We don't mind a fixer-upper if the price is right.

3+bd/1+ba/2+ garage Outside Fargo under $280k. Has to be in ND. Prefer to be rural, but open to small towns. Must be over 2,000 total sq ft, and around 1 acre lot.
