We would like a home with a view. We would like a move in ready home if possible. My husband does not want to do any work. It can be in a Plantation or not. 

We are looking for a one story home close to Davies High School.  We have 2 little girls and love the Davies neighborhood but are having a hard time finding any properties under $200,000.

We are looking for an updated or "needs a little updating" house with a master suite featuring its own bathroom and walk in closet. If it does not posess a master suite, it would need to have an arrangement of bedrooms that could be combined to create one. We would like an open dining and kitchen area or one that could be converted into an open plan. We need a bonus/rec room that is 350+ sq ft with an 8' ceiling throughout or yard space sufficient enough to build one on.

I am looking for a home on the outskirts of Champaign or Urbana. I would like it to have a decent size yard in a low crime, family oriented neighborhood. Ideally, this property would be $80,000 or less. 

Looking for Home with Large Kitchen with cabinet space, entryway closet and large closets throughout. Small and quiet backyard with 2 car garage.  Corner Fireplace, kitchen pantry, double sink in the master bath and fenced yard would be ideal but not a must have.

We are looking for a nice new home in our price range located in Savoy.  We intend to sell within a few years. We would like to leave on the East side of Rte 45.

Looking for a less than 25 year old single family home.  Two stories with a basement.  2 - 3 car garage.  Not Prairie Crossing or Ridge Creek Subdivision.
