We want the home to be well kept and clean.  If an older home we would like it to have cosmetic updates.  Basically looking for a turn key home around 10 years old or newer.  

Multi-level brick house with 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, central a/c, family room, basement and 2 car garage.  Prefer hardwood floors and updated kitchen, electric and bathrooms.  Nice size yard on a quiet street in a nice family friendly community.

Would like a rural setting on a 2+ acres. Definitely want a ranch around the St Jo, Ogden, Royal area. School system in not important.

We dont want to deal with old houses. We dont want to buy a house that has high county taxes. We are picky about neighborhood and location. We look to find the neighborhoods that combine good schools, reasonable prices, and a family-friendly environment. We like family friendly environment that is safe for children. We prefer Devonshire, because it is close to Bottenfiled Elementary School. We like Savoy area and Ashland Park, because we think it is safe and diverse.  Thanks.
