Looking for a spacious ranch in Wilmington or Leland, spacious inside & outside, front & back.

Looking for a house ranging in 1,700 to 1,800 square feet.  Preferred areas around Wilmington, NC, specifically Pender County or Brunswick County.

Looking for One Story house to retire in, that has roughly 2,000 - 2,400 square feet.  Won't be purchasing for at least 12 months.

Very bright property with sink that overlooks the beautiful nature scene in the front yard. Perfect place for children, very lovely neighbors and neighborhood. Lokking for a well maintained or new home. Preferably on a 1/2 acre with a fenced in yard. A private community and pool are also a plus. 

My huband and I are look specifically to purchase a home in the Sun Coast neighborhood.  Having enough space for visitors and guests is important so we need close to 1700 sf or more.  We are not in a huge hurry but really want the right home.
