I'm looking for a charming older home that has room for my family and is close to the park for my dog. I don't mind some updating or fixing up, but I'd love a yard to grow my garden and a place for a hot tub. 

We are looking for a home on at least a quarter acre in a more rural location. We need a home with a seperate shop and preferrably three bedrooms. A home with charm is great but if it needs a little updating we can accomidate. We don't mind a small communte but would love to be in a location easily accesable to I5 and Salem.    

We are looking for a period home, built prior to 1950, oozing with character in the Brighton or Pittsford School District!

We love natural light, an open concept kitchen, first floor office and the potential for a master suite. 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths would be ideal but we are not afraid to renovate if the bones are great. Having a backyard is a huge bonus for us as we have a child and a dog!

Looking for a 3bd, 2ba house in West Champaign.  Prefer a fenced yard and updated floor plan! 

Updated home, preferably a ranch.   Would like to avoid HOA fees.  

Looking for a rural 2 story home with room for an RV and plenty of space for gardening. 

Looking for a large lot to build on or an existing ranch with basement that is at least 1600 sq ft.  

Young family looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ideally property within the Sacramento area.  Needing easy commute access to Woodland/Davis area.  Light fixer no problem.

We could work with a ranch or 2-story.  We'd prefer 4 bedrooms but 3 is possible with the right layout.

A finished basement is a big plus but not required depending on price.     A modern floor plan is helpful and if it is a 1-story home a split floor plan would be great.

Price range up to $350k.
