We are looking for a home with a good roof, hvac, electrical and plumbing in the beaches area.  A good sized, functional kitchen with good storage and prep space is important and if it's updated, that's a plus.  We also would like an open floor plan.  Must be high and dry and have a garage.  

We are looking for a single family home with 4 bedrooms 2 baths with lots of wiggle room.
We would like to have a good size yard in the Sally Curtis Elementary neighborhood.  We 

prefer something that has been updated.

I am looking for a home with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  I would love to have a lot of natural light.  I 
prefer to not have a lot of trees.  I want a nice size kitchen and prefer open concept.  My home will have a quiet
back yard/patio area where I can meditate and read.  I would like my home to have high ceilings.  I prefer a home
that is no more than 5 years old.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom home in the Hoschton Braselton Ga area maybe even Jefferson. I would like a   Decent yard, not in a subdivision or if it is a subdivision pool and tennis community. My budget is around 150,000 to 200,000. 

We just sold our home and are looking for another that is not on the market yet! We would like to be in Forsyth county schools, Gainesville dawsonville and cumming are ok. We prefer a 3-4 bedroom home. A 2 story with basement is best, next best just a 2 story or ranch with basement. We want a neighborhood with a pool for our children. Our budget is $150,000 - $225,000.
