I am a single mother in need of a home for my children that are currently enrolled in Kimberly School Dist.  We need preferrably at least 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, but I am willing to consider all options.  A duplex where we can rent out one side and priced under $200K or a single family under $130k.  I am willing to put some elbow grease into our next home.

We love the area encompassing south Meridian and Boise out to Kuna because of the ability to find a little elbow room. We are looking for a view other than our neighbors back door.

We are looking for a nicely updated condo, townhouse, or small home near the beach.  Upgrades that we are drawn to are granite counters, updated cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.  We are looking for a functional layout and not a lot of wasted space.  Can go up to about $350,000.
